Frequently Asked Questions.

1. I ordered but I did not receive a Tracking number. Possible reasons your package did not arrive on time or has not yet arrived:

A. Shipping address given was incorrect. Please use your complete and proper mailing address as per the United States Postal Service, USPS.com. If the address given is incorrect one of two things will happen a) The USPS database will reject the address and you will receive an email requesting the correct address. b) Your package will be shipped to an incorrect address and usually spend the next 30 days boomeranging its way back to our facility.

B. The address given when you placed your order does not match the billing address of the credit card used. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL THE ADDRESSES MATCH. As per the regulations of our credit card processor we are only authorized to ship to the billing address and your signature is required. You may want to talk your bank, call the number on the back of your credit card, and add your shipping address to your account thereby making your mailing address a billing address too. We have to error on the side of caution when it comes to credit card security. Click here for more assistance.

C. Initial delivery attempt failed. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority with signature confirmation. In order to receive your package YOU must sign for it. Your signature is necessary in order for us to complete the transaction. Please check with your local post office if you missed the initial delivery attempt or click here to setup redelivery. (check your email for the tracking number from USPS.com)

D. Email address given was incorrect. If there is an issue with your order we will attempt to contact you via email. Your email however is the primary means for us to have contact with you so if your email was entered incorrectly in the order process then will not receive this information. You should also receive and email notification from USPS.com with your tracking information.

E. APO, AA, AE and other Military post offices. Your package will reach most military post offices within 2-5 days but from there it may take up 4 weeks to reach you.

F. International orders have been known to take up to 3-4 weeks depending on customs. Each country's regulations are different and can hold the package for as long as they see fit or in fact reject the package. If your package is rejected or refused by your country then you will be notified upon it's return and your money will be refunded.

2. What will my credit card be billed as on my statement?
Credit card charges will appear on your statement as "SecureonlineCart" or "SOSCart".

3. How do I go about returning my products if i have a problem?
Please contact us through our help desk center and we will give you instructions how to return your order if you are unsatisfied with it for whatever reason. Orders can only be returned within 180 days from the date of purchase.
